The Honolulu City Council will hear bills Thursday which prohibit sitting or lying on sidewalks in two parts of Honolulu, and make it illegal to relieve yourself on public sidewalks in those areas. But, Councilman Ikaika Anderson wants to expand the bans to all of Oahu. He told the Honolulu Star-Advertiser that he will urge his colleagues to consider expanding the bans. He'll need six votes for the proposals to even be heard, because they weren't on the posted agenda.
