A federal judge Friday ordered an Ewa Beach man accused of producing child pornography held without bail, pending his trial. Feliciano Quimoyog was indicted April 10th on three counts of producing child pornography between 1995 and 2000. The FBI arrested Quimoyog at his home Monday. Each charge carries a minimum penalty of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 30 years.
