HCDA Approves Kamehameha Schools Development

The Hawaii Community Development Authority voted five-to-zero to allow construction of 183 rental and condominium homes in two midrise buildings in Kakaako. It's part of a plan by Kamehameha Schools to develop 29 acres that will eventually include seven towers on nine blocks. The first low-rise condos callled 400 Keawe will be bordered by One Waterfront Towers and Keawe, Auahi and Pohukaina streets.
