Prosecutors have charged a 48-year-old man in connection with a hit and run incident Monday in Waianae which left another man in critical condition. Miguel Torres was arrested Wednesday and charged Thursday night with first-degree attempted murder, and two counts of second-degree attempted murder. Bail was set at $200,000. The 35-year-old victim remains in critical condition. Police say Torres and the victim were involved in an argument the night before the crash.
