Thursday is the last day to register to vote for the primary election. If you're registering in person, you can visit the Office of the City and County Clerk and fill out a Wikiwiki Voter Registration and Permanent Absentee Form. Voter Registration and Permanent Absentee Forms are available at Satellite City Halls, Public Libraries, U.S. Post Offices, the phone directory, state services agencies, the University of Hawaii system, and also the office of elections' website at hawaii.gov/elections. The Office of Elections is also offering drive-through voter registration where elections workers will assist you without you even getting out of your car. On Oahu, the drive-through location is at the Hawaii State Capitol, facing Beretania Street, through 4:30 p.m.
