Neighbors have reportedly set up a crowdfunding campaign to pay the ticket given to Brandon Wooden recently.
In a video posted to KRON 4's website, he elaborated on his encounters this holiday season with a South Carolina police department:
“The first time they only pulled me over because they wanted to take pictures of the car. The second time it was a warning and the third time was for improper lighting of a vehicle.”
