Crews will be installing a new electronic message board at the Puuloa Road overpass. Closures in effect from 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. until Friday morning. Drivers are encouraged to follow detour signs, but the Puuloa Road onramp will remain open. The message board is one of many that are being installed across Honolulu freeways to provide more information to motorists.
